The Region of Christmas has been liberated from DEN recently and the liberator is requesting assistance from WUTO. Although the liberator is external, I feel we should help and move to Christmas to endorse the new WA delegate Rogue Raider3!

I sent the following telegram to WUTO leaders:
My defender region, The Dirt Alliance, has liberated and is now securing the third largest region invaded by DEN, Christmas.
We are still securing it against invasion and have yet to restore it's flag and world factbook entry completely, and restore power back to the natives(by appointing the two longest residing nations in Christmas).
It would be great if WUTO and some other defender organisations would support us by asking some defender nations to move to Christmas and endorse The Rogue Nation of Rogue Raider3. I aim to make Christmas a fun roleplay region.
Also please ask defenders to tell me who their puppets are that are in the region.(this helps us crack down on invaders)
Since the region is not properly secure against invasion yet there are a few ways it can be secured and can you please tell me which one you think is best:
What do you think [nation]Rogue Raider3[/nation] should do to further secure the region of [region]Christmas[/region]?
Should he:
A) Password lock the region and only share it with top defender leaders(this defeats the whole purpose of a [region]Christmas[/region] existing, because then no one would really be able to celebrate [region]Christmas[/region] in [region]Christmas[/region])
B) Appoint top defender leaders as regional officers, ban all non-defender WA nations that join and I create a different [region]Christmas[/region] for WA nations
and along with either A or B maybe:
C) Appoint the 2 nations that have lived there the longest as regional officers
D) None of the Above. Refound the region. An Active Founder is the best course of action for a secure region. I know since I have just acquired an identical project
